Children in the U.S. will be diagnosed with cancer before their 20th birthday.

A Journey No Family Expects
Rookie Flaitz was a vibrant toddler full of life and energy, but everything changed when he woke up one morning with unusual symptoms. The intense treatment stole much of Rookie’s early years, but his brave battle inspired the creation of the Rookie of the Year Foundation, with a mission to ensure no child’s birthday is overshadowed by illness.
